Innovation starts with learning. People are constantly learning about opportunities for purposeful change everyday. The key is to be aware of what is being learned and then to do something.

Partners for Innovation gathers key stakeholders from different segments of the university— administration, faculty, departments, students, alumni, board members—to engage them in the dialogue that opens valuable opportunities for purposeful change.

We examine their experience through any of seven windows of opportunity to view challenges, failures, successes, and difficulties all as opportunities for purposeful change. Using our approach to creative problem solving, Teeming V™ Dialogue, we facilitate their collaboration in generating innovative solutions.

In addition to generating vital strategic innovation, these Collaborative Forums go a long way to dissolving the silos and turf battles that tend to arise in universities. Just through the processes of learning and dialogue, opportunities for innovation are seized and problems resolved.
