We offer a full array of board development retreats, coaching and training, all with an emphasis on
eliciting the optimal value of the board.
Boards have customarily functioned as trustees and this role certainly must be sustained. Yet the board
has even greater value as a strategic collaborator. Board members bring enormous assets in the
form of experience, knowledge, objectivity, passion, creativity, and ideas. We seek to engage those assets
for the benefit of the university.
